The 15 photos that will make you think of immediately flying to Seychelles :)
I love taking pictures. I have taken hundreds of pictures of the Seychelles islands as the place is so beautiful that I could not stop capturing moments, situations and images.
Below a selection of the photos I believe better capture the felling and the beauty of these marvellous islands:
Photo 1: La Digue Island – Anse Source d’Argent
I think that this picture captures the peculiarity of this island, the fact that this is a car free island where the main mode of transport is the bicycle. I took this picture in the morning, on a very warm and bright day.

This is taken at the sunset, the light was incredible and I was in the water, taking photos of the beach. As you can see, the tide was low however, the water is never deep here.

Again the most photographed island…the sunset was an incredible moment of the day. The sun was painting everything with a yellowish light while the birds were making the most incredible noise. Amazing moments in a idyllic place far from the frenetic world.

Anse Source d’Argent again and again….you can take 100 photos of this beach and each of them will be different and particular. I shot this photo from the sea to the beach on a very sunny and warm afteroon. As you can see the tide was low and you can see the reef.
Photo 5: Union Estate – Anse Source d’Argent
Twilights – the time before darkness has something magic.
I was at the Union Estate, riding home by bike before complete darkness. The colour of the sky was amazing and I captured this incredible image. On La Digue there are no street lights.
Photo 6: Cote d’Or – Praslin
Praslin, an incredible blue sea in the afternoon with the sky covered with colourful clouds. It is amazing how nature can change the colours in so short amount of time. You can see that it was raining on the left of the picture while, on the right, there is a rainbow.

Cote d’Or again in a wonderful and sunny day. Most of the time the beach is like this, not busy at all. As it is very hot under the sun, it is advisable to find a nice shadowy spot under one of the palms or trees.
Photo 8 : Anse Possession – Praslin
Driving north after Cote d’Or you will find Anse Possession. Another amazing scenary on a calm and relaxing afternoon/evening, that is the time of the day I prefer.
Photo 9 : Anse Lazio – Praslin
Anse Lazio. With Anse Source d’Argent in La Digue is one of the most photographed beaches of the Seychelles and the world. It is not difficult to understand the reason of that..this beach is beautiful, big, white and with beautiful hills on the background. Simply amazing!
Photo 10 : – Anse Gouvernement – Praslin
Amazing landscape from Anse Gouvernment. You can view the whole Anse Volbert with its infinite white sandy beach and blue sea in this part of Praslin.
Photo 11: Constance Ephelia hotel – South Beach – Mahé
The Constance Ephelia hotel has two beaches, the famous one on Port Launay (north) and this one, the South beach. This beach has low clear water but has an amazing scenary of high peaks and green hills. At the far end of the beach there is a church and a restaurant. The water is so low that you can walk to the island in front of it.
Photo 12: Eden Village – Mahé
From the street that goes to Fairview, on the hill, you can get a beautiful view of the Eden Village. This is a beautiful village and harbour built on reclaimed land.
Photo 13: Beau Vallon – Mahé
No filter. The evening sunlights break the sky and give a touch of magic to the sky. A peaceful and relaxing scenary of this amazing beach.
Photo 14: Port Glaud Waterfall – Mahé
Undoubtely one of the best discoveries of the island. On the west coast of Mahé. All the colours of nature are so bright and the picture in front of you makes you think of the grandeur of nature.

Peaceful beach. I took this photo in the afternoon. The beach was quite and peaceful and totally empty. Just me with my camera wandering around, admiring the scenes and taking photos……
